Romney, Working Mothers, and the the Lily Ledbetter Act

OK, here are two segments from the Rachel Maddow Show.  Unlike the clips Fred shows, you do have to sit through a boring 30-second ad before the segment starts (and I don't know how to fix that).

The first one is about the Romney campaign's big non-response to a question about the Lily Ledbetter act on the FIRST day of their all-out campaign to win the women's vote.

AND, here is the Rachel Maddow segment (hosted by Chris Hayes) with footage of Romney stating (of parents on welfare), "... even if you have a two-year-old child, you need to go to work ....  I want the individuals to have the dignity of work..."

Seems that Romney thinks that raising HIS kids is REAL work, but raising a welfare kid is somehow undignified?  Or unworthy of being called REAL work?
